This seminar will give attendees a better understanding of the role social media, community involvement, in-store events, AND good old-fashioned customer service play in building strong relationships, creating store loyalty, and providing resources to help you influence your holiday/seasonal customers to remain year-round customers. The costs to attract now customers is five times greater than the cost to retain existing customers. Attendees will: Gain information to help bolster in-store customer service, merchandising, and events to retain existing customers and attract new customers. You will also learn how to integrate email marketing, add events, the use of video, and more.
