Join us for the August Learning Lab, AI for Administrative Problem Solvers: Practical Tools for a More Productive Workday, on Thursday, August 20, from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. at Harnett Regional Jetport. This interactive, hands-on workshop will show administrative assistants, office managers, executive assistants, and other support professionals how to use AI to draft emails, summarize meetings, create agendas, organize information, streamline repetitive tasks, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency. Participants will also learn how to write stronger prompts, verify AI-generated information, protect confidential data, and recognize when human judgment is essential. No technical background is required—just bring your questions and a willingness to explore practical ways AI can support your workday.
