L.E.A.P. Entrepreneurship Camp by CCCC Small Business Center
LEAP into entrepreneurship during a week-long summer camp! Students could walk away with a real plan to launch a real business - right away!
For: Middle school students - ages 11-14
In a fun, interactive environment, campers will gain an understanding of how entrepreneurship can be a viable career option for them. They'll learn about how to generate business ideas, work and cooperate in groups, and develop critical thinking, life, and leadership skills.
Camp highlights include the opportunity to:
- Make new friends and have fun
- Win awards
- Learn what it takes to turn an idea or passion into a product or career
- Create business ideas in a fun environment
Agenda Overview:
Day 1: Introduction to entrepreneurship, team building, and business idea selection
Day 2: Marketing (image, promotion, etc.) Teamwork.
Day 3: Introduction to budgeting and finance
Day 4: Tape TikTok commercials, creativity exercises, finalize plans, and presentations
Students will develop important skills including:
