First Annual Taste of Harnett Fundraiser Event
The Harnett Regional Agricultural Fair will hold the first ever Taste of Harnett fundraiser on Friday, July 19th from 6pm-9pm. The hope is the Taste of Harnett will become a tradition that the people in the county will eagerly anticipate attending each year.
The cost to attend this first ever countywide event is only $20.00. Come and sample some of the restaurants finest food items and vote for your favorite restaurant to win the People’s Choice award while visiting your friends at this wonderful fun filled event featuring Harnett’s Got Talent entertainment.
Sponsors are needed for this event, silent auction items, as well as restaurants and caterers to participate. Showcase your business and interact with the public - a great opportunity to reach the folks who live in and visit the towns and this great County. Best of all, the Taste will raise funds that the Fair’s dedicated volunteers will use to put on one of the best county fairs in the state. This money goes directly back into the community. The Fair pays back thousands of dollars by way of awards and premiums during the Fair, and is dedicated to the “shop local first” campaign so that dollars spent in this county stay in this county.
