October 29-30 – Arts, Crafts & Culinary Competition

October 8 – 6:30 PM Farmers Festival Gospel Sing

October 8 – 7 PM The Coats BBQ Cook-off

October 9 – Farmers Day
7 AM – BBQ Judging
8 AM – Registration
                     Trail Ride  |  Farm Equipment Show  |  Automobile Show
8:30 AM – Vendors must have vehicles off the Street
9 AM – Vendor booths OPEN
9:30 AM – Grand Opening Ceremony for Farmers Day
                    L-I-V-E on Main (Entertainment all day)
                   Trail Ride departs from the Junior Order Field
10 AM – KIDS PARK Opens (Contest Schedule will be posted at the entrance)
10 AM – Automobile Show Starts
11 AM – BBQ Plate Sale begins at the Community Building                 
11 AM – Wilmington Celebration Choir on Stage
12 NOON – Awards presentation at the Automobile Show
12:45 PM – Stage and Vendors Close for the Parade
1 PM – Coats Farmers Day Parade
2 PM – Stage Entertainment, Vendors, and Kids Park resumes after the Parade
5 PM – Closing Ceremony
