Description
Good customer service is often hard to describe but very obvious when it is lacking. Customers will shop more frequently, spend more money, and refer a business more if they experience good customer service. In this seminar we will visit the three main points of good customer service, how to train and continue to monitor customer service in your line employees, and the huge impact customer service has on the bottom line.
