Name: Singing for S.A.F.E. Benefit Concert and Candlelight Vigil
Date: October 14, 2017
Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
S.A.F.E. of Harnett County, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides shelter and advocacy services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  As of July 1st 2016 more than 82 people have died from a domestic violent homicide in the state of North Carolina.  S.A.F.E. of Harnett County is reaching out to the business and civic leaders of our communities to help recognize these victims of domestic violence and to show support to those who are struggling to free themselves from a threatened environment.  It takes an average of 7 attempts for someone living in a domestic violent environment to successfully break free from their relationship. Your show of support may give the courage needed for someone to change their life forever.   S.A.F.E. of Harnett County is asking that you join with us on October 14th in Scott Concert Hall at Campbell University and take your stand against Domestic Violence.
