Description
Golfers, grab your clubs for a day of fun and fellowship for a good cause as the Central Carolina Community College Foundation hosts its Third Annual Harnett County Golf Classic on Thursday, March 17, at Chicora Golf Club. This fundraiser will help raise funds for scholarships and other financial assistance for the college’s students, regardless of their county of residence.
Lunch will be served at noon, and the shotgun start is 1 p.m.
The format for the Harnett County Golf Classic is four-person Captain’s Choice Flighted. Prizes will be awarded to top teams in each flight, as well as the winners of the longest drive, closest-to-pin, and putting contest.
Four-person team packages are $400 and include green fees, cart rental, putting contest, and lunch. Sponsorships are available at various levels: a $100 Silver Sponsor receives sponsorship recognition; a $500 Gold Sponsor receives sponsorship recognition and one foursome; a $1,000 Platinum Sponsor receives two teams and sponsorship recognition; while the $3,000 Presenting Sponsor receives four teams and major sponsorship recognition.
